At EK Sanats, every item is custom printed with care and made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we follow a specific return and refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both you and us.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or mistakes in customization submitted by the customer. Please ensure all personalization details are correct before placing your order.
Returns or refunds are only accepted if the item you receive is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered. We also accept returns if the wrong product was sent to you. If this happens, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue.
Once we review and approve your request, we will either send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
We cannot accept returns for items reported after 7 days of delivery. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for minor variations in color, size, or print placement, as slight differences may occur during the custom printing process.
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the date it was shipped, please contact us so we can investigate the delay. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or a refund based on the situation.
